This week I had the honour of sharing time and space with some amazing women in leadership in my 2-hour Masterclass Workshop - Turn Up the YOU.
Immersing them in a high-energy, practical and interactive leadership game, using evidence-based content, they were guided in an exciting exploration of truth, gently challenged to move beyond their current beliefs and invited to take inspired action.
And we had some fun doing it!
The result - a new connection with a deeper sense of purpose, opulent potential and the power of passion.
What I love, is that wellbeing isn't only spoken about at this organisation. The CEO is truly committed to ensuring his women and staff are thriving.
We all know that it's one thing to attend a workshop and leave feeling inspired to make some big changes, it's another, to follow through on them.
And so to further support these amazing women, we're setting up some follow up sessions that will continue their growth to unlock more possibilities in both their personal and professional lives.
It is always such a privilege to witness the beauty of human beings unfolding, and I'm grateful for their trust as together, we set off to Turn Up the YOU.
