So I thought I'd share the 3 key things I learnt from your collective wisdom, and from my experience in this short video, that I believe are so critical to #breakingthebias, and why showing up more authentically is so important today.

The parts of ourselves we choose to present to the world determine our connection.

Without connection, there is no change.
