Creating a new experience of presenting, or any aspect of our lives requires us to stop rewinding and then replaying the same thoughts, emotions and behaviours, by consciously rewiring new neurological circuits in our brain.

Bring your attention consciously, and purposefully to your ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ต๐˜๐˜€. What are you choosing to think about, and believe about presenting?

What ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐˜€ have you created out of your past experiences? Other people's experiences?

How do you start ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด in response to that? What's your physical reaction and ultimately the behaviour you experience because of that?

๐—ช๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ป'๐˜ ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ป'๐˜ ๐—ธ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„.

It all starts with ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ต๐˜! We've programmed our minds, body and emotions to react to presenting as if it's a danger zone!!
