All personal data collected during this project, including insights from our AI people analytics platform and questionnaire results, will be stored securely and used only for research purposes. We’ll share collective trends and anonymised findings, but never individual results without prior consent. Your specific challenges, motivations, or answers will remain confidential unless you give us explicit permission to share your story.

• Data Collection:
  Insights from our AI people analytics platform and the Speaker’s Stage questionnaire will only be used to identify collective trends and develop the Speaker X-Factor Model. Individual results will remain private and will not be shared publicly without prior written consent.
   

• Data Usage:
  Your data will contribute to anonymised research findings used for my book, online publications, marketing, and speaking programs. No participant’s name, story, or specific results will be shared publicly without prior written consent.
   

• Data Storage:
  The AI analytics platform will store data derived from their platform but will not have permission to share your individual results publicly. We’re confirming additional measures with this company to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality.
   

• High-Profile Participants:
  We understand that high-profile speakers may have additional concerns. Rest assured, we’ll seek explicit consent before sharing any identifiable information. Without permission, your participation will remain entirely private.

Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is subject to Australian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts in connection with any dispute hereunder.
