It feels a little scary to to do this, but I'll go first and ask you -

Why am I doing this?

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀!

The problem is, according to 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒃𝒆𝒔:

"Women are less inclined to self-promote than men, even for a job.

Study finds female workers’ deep discomfort over touting skills, experience adds to gender gap in promotions, pay"

Oh, and remember this?

Sometimes we're too close to see our full picture, and there's a risks of coming across as 'arrogant' if we 'sell' ourselves.

That's why asking others to reflect back to us what we may not be able to see about ourselves can also be so valuable.

𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 said, "To know thyself is the beginning of all wisdom."

I call it -

𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗢𝗨, 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼, so you can be seen and heard, like never before! 💛

We can only present ourselves with authenticity, confidence and presence, when we're first connected to ourselves.
